1. TERMS

1.1. The rules governing the circulation of Gift Cards (Certificates) for Mareoni TM products, hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”, are approved by the administration of the website https://mareoni.com/. Any changes to these Rules may be made exclusively by the administration of the website https://mareoni.com/.

1.2. A Gift Card (Certificate), hereinafter the “Certificate”, is a document with an individual code provided to the Buyer at their choice in the form of a physical medium (a plastic card). The Gift Certificate is not a payment document or a security within the meaning of the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. The owner / seller of the Certificate is the administration of the website https://mareoni.com/.

1.4. The Buyer is a legal entity or an individual who purchased on the website https://mareoni.com/ the respective number of Certificates for use at their own discretion.

1.5. The Certificate Holder is the person who presents the Certificate to purchase goods (services). The Holder has the right to transfer the Certificate to third parties and is obliged to inform such third party about the Certificate validity period and the terms of these Rules.

1.6. Goods/Products — goods and/or a group of goods from the assortment and at the prices available on the website https://mareoni.com/ at the time of purchase.

1.7. The purchase of the Certificate confirms the conclusion of a preliminary agreement between the owner/seller and the holder under these Rules, with the obligation to conclude the main sales contract for goods within the validity period of the Certificate at the price valid at the time the sales contract is concluded, with a discount in the amount within the nominal value of the Certificate, from the assortment of goods available on the date the contract is concluded. The amount of funds paid by the buyer (consumer) equals the nominal value of the Certificate and constitutes an advance payment which, in the event of concluding the main sales contract, is credited toward payment for the purchased goods.

1.8. The nominal value of the Certificate is the nominal amount of the Certificate corresponding to the amount of the advance payment and is indicated in hryvnias. Gift card (certificate) denominations: “3,000 hryvnias”, “5,000 hryvnias”, “7,000 hryvnias”, “10,000 hryvnias”.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND CIRCULATION OF GIFT CARDS (CERTIFICATES)

2.1. The Certificate may be purchased for cash, by payment to a bank account, or using a bank payment card via the website https://mareoni.com/.

2.2. When purchasing the Certificate, the consumer pays an amount of money equal to the fixed nominal value of the Certificate / the total nominal values of the Certificates.

2.3. The Certificate becomes active within 12 hours from the moment of its purchase (if purchased via the website https://mareoni.com/).

2.4. The purchase of the Certificate confirms: - the conclusion of an agreement between the Certificate Seller and the Buyer under the terms of these Rules; - the Buyer’s advance payment for goods in an amount equal to the nominal value of the Certificate.

2.5. When purchasing the Certificate, the Buyer, in addition to the Certificate itself, receives a receipt for the amount paid, unless otherwise provided by the agreement with the Buyer.

2.6. The validity period of the Certificate: 12 months from the moment of its activation. A Certificate is considered activated from the moment of its purchase.

2.7. The Certificate may be used exclusively for one transaction (one purchase under one receipt).

2.8. When purchasing goods using the Certificate, the Holder must present the Certificate to the Seller.
