1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Online Store provides the opportunity to order Goods directly only by selecting and placing an Order on the www.mareoni.com website.

1.2. The Online Store accepts online Orders day and night, seven days a week.

1.3. The Client can place an Order without indispensable data registering in the database of the Online Store.

1.4. A careful congruity of the order form and the indication of all necessary data for sending the Goods are the main conditions for submitting an order.

1.5. To place an order, the client must select the Goods in the Online Store, pay special attention to their quantity, color and size, then go to the Chart and continue the order procedure by choosing the relevant options for further actions.

1.6. Until the moment of confirming the order with a help of Confirm the order button, the Client might make changes to the Goods order, as well as change the address and contact information for sending a parcel or invoice issues. When the Client confirms the order by clicking the Confirm the order button, it means that he takes an obligation to pay the cost of the Goods and their delivery.

1.7. The Customer may cancel the order till the moment he gets the order confirmation from the Online Store.

2. ORDER DELIVERY TERMS

2.1. Delivery of Goods that are bought via the Online Store www.mareoni.com through the territory of Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service to the notified by Byer address within three business days from the date of placing the order. Delivery of custom-made Goods is carried out within ten business days from the date of placing the order.

2.2. Delivery of Goods outside Ukraine is carried out by the delivery service in agreement with the Buyer. At the moment, we don’t deliver parcels to the Crimea and the OUF zone (certain areas of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions).

2.3. The Goods delivery expenses that were purchased with the help of the Online Store are not included in the price tag and must be paid separately, according to the Nova Poshta rates.

2.4. When placing an order with the Online Store, the Buyer makes a 300 UAH payment, which, in case of non-delivery or a refusal of Goods, will be used as Seller's compensatory damages associated with paying for return shipment services and the cost of expendable materials (packaging, stickers, etc.) used for Goods preparation for shipment to the Buyer.

2.5. Delivery delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Online Store.

2.6. Upon delivery, the Order is delivered to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as a recipient (hereinafter the Buyer and the third party are called the Recipient). If it is impossible to receive the Order paid by cash by the aforementioned people, the Order may be delivered to the person who can provide information about the Order (identification number of the delivery and/or full name of the Recipient), as well as pay the full cost of the order to the person that delivers the Order.

2.7. The risk of accidental death or damage of the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred to him and the Recipient affixes a signature on documents that confirm the Order’s delivery.

2.8. The obligation of the Seller to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment when the Buyer receives the shipment (this moment is determined by the current postal/courier regulations). The delivery and item opening procedures are determined by the postal/courier regulations.

2.9. When the Recipient accepts the Order from the courier, he is obliged to inspect the integrity of the package. If there are no complaints about the packaging of the Goods, the Recipient shall sign the relevant order delivery document and pay for the Order. The signature in the delivery documents indicates that there are no complaints to the Parcel and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods.

2.10. The date, time and, if necessary, the delivery route can be specified by the manager who contacts the Buyer to confirm the Order.

2.11. The User understands and agrees that delivery is an unbundled service that is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, and its accomplishment ends at the moment when the Recipient receives the Goods and makes payment. Complaints against the quality of the purchased Goods that arose after receiving and payment for the Goods are analyzed by the Ukrainian Act On Protection of Consumers'.

Rights and the Seller's warranty obligations. For this reason, the Goods purchase with a delivery doesn’t give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased Goods for warranty handling or replacement, it doesn’t give the opportunity to carry out Goods warranty handling or replacement by visiting the Buyer, and it doesn’t suppose the possibility of Goods delivery cost refund in cases where the Buyer has the right to a refund for the Goods as such, by the Ukrainian Act On Protection of Consumers' Rights.

3. COST AND PAYMENT FOR GOODS

3.1. The price of the Goods is specified on the Online Store in UAH.

3.2. In case of an incorrect indication of the Goods price ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer about it to confirm the Order with an adjusted price or cancel the Order at all. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, the Order is considered to be canceled.

3.3. Payment for the Goods is carried out as follows:

3.3.1. By cash upon receipt of the Order;

3.3.2. With a bank card. Particulars and the payment-making procedure details are reported by the manager of the Online Store or this information is placed on the Website.

3.4. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on Goods and establish a loyalty program. Types of discounts, bonuses, the procedure, and terms of charging are indicated on the Online Store and can be unilaterally changed by the Seller.
