To process a return or exchange, please ensure that the item has not been used, shows no signs of wear, retains its original condition, and includes all tags, labels, and original packaging.

Before proceeding, please send photos of the item from all angles to confirm its condition.

Please note that all shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the item does not meet quality standards or has been damaged during transportation, the return or exchange may be declined, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
